SUMMARY:Restorative Justice Webinar-Working Through Challenging Circle Experiences
DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, March 7th at 3:30pm\nAll Tier One circles take on a nature of their own. At times we may face challenging experiences and not know which direction to take next. During this session participants will take a deeper dive into next steps after a difficult circle. Topics will cover: Sharing about difficult circle experiences and identifying challenging circle behavior\, Exploring and co-creating proactive and reactive pathways forward. Discussion regarding what makes a “good and bad” circle\, while challenging our perspectives. Exploring power dynamics that may show up within circle and how those translate to responsibilities. \n\nEach session is between 90 and 120 minutes; all webinars will be held using Zoom video conferencing.\nFor detailed descriptions of each webinar and registration information\, please see the attached flyer.\nPlease email questions to rjtraining@nycourts.gov.
