Collective Care Team Webinar

The collective care model is a team approach framework that outlines the roles of PPS staff and encourages a consistent collaboration between school social workers, school counselors, school psychologists and school nurses. Student success takes more than effective teachers and a rigorous curriculum. The collective care team in each school collaborates to ensure that every student’s needs are met in school years and beyond.
