NYSSCA Executive Board Election Ratification Meeting

This purpose of this meeting is to ratify the election of Board Officers that were elected in our elections which closed on April 15, 2023. This meeting is required by our By-Laws, Article III, Section 8.1 and NYS Charities (non-profit) regulations.

The officers that were elected and will be submitted for ratification are:
